
Mentoring
The challenges of education in contemporary times have drawn the attention of many families, companies, and professionals working in education. This has led to increased attention being paid to learning methods, communication, dialogue, and the relationship between education, technology, communication, and society.
In light of such changes, it is necessary to reflect and, consequently, redefine the learning culture, the culture of coexistence, and the organizational culture , in order to respond to this constantly changing scenario. Based on this, we have the TRILHAR mentoring program in the educational field, focused on enhancing and redefining learning, people, and educational cultures. Our methodology is based on the analysis of the CONTEXT , SOCIAL ACTORS , INDICATORS , and DIAGNOSIS to develop the INTERVENTION , which will underpin the pedagogical direction of the TRILHAR PROGRAM .
Mentorships represent a change of course, providing support, guidance, purpose, transformation of perspectives, recovery of dreams, and redefinition of educational culture and the vision of the social actors who make up these spaces. And, for this, the TRILHAR PROGRAM is personalized in
